Privacy
Time Master stores the information a workspace needs to log and review time. This page describes what that is.
What we store
Your name and email are encrypted before they are saved. Timesheet cells store hours, a description, the project and task, and the rate that applied when the cell was saved. Audit records keep who changed workspace data.
Who can see it
You can see your own week. Owners, admins, managers, and auditors can review workspace time according to their role. Auditors cannot change the workspace. A person cannot edit someone else’s timesheet.
Sign-in codes
Email sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. The database stores a hash of the code. Asking for a code does not reveal whether an account exists.
How long it stays
Workspace data stays until an owner deletes the workspace or removes the record. Closing an account does not happen from this page. Ask the workspace owner if you need a membership removed.
